Accessibility

The Civic Theatre is dedicated to being welcoming, accessible and inclusive for the widest possible audience. We provide a range of services and facilities to enable all visitors to attend performances in our heritage-listed venues. With advance notice, we can accommodate a range of individual needs and we strongly encourage visitors to notify team members of any individual needs at the time of booking.

Civic Theatre welcomes Bindi Maps

BindiMaps is a mobile app that locates users precisely in indoor spaces. It uses a simple, natural language audio system to describe where users are and what’s around them, and the best way to get to their chosen destination.

Bindi Maps is a free to download from your App store. Once installed you can use it in and around our venues. Ensure you have your location service enabled.
