CHILDREN'S & EDUCATION SEASON

In 2013, Newcastle Airport will continue their wonderful support of the Family & Education Season. The Airport has been a major sponsor of our season since 2007. They have helped to bring such shows as Wombat Stew, Treasure Island and the Gruffalo to name a few, to our region. Schools participating in the Airport Schools Program are offered tickets to live peformances at the Civic Theare and for some children, this is a first time opportunity to experience the world of theatre. The Airport also runs a lucky seat prize at the Children's shows - you could find yourself the winner of a very unique prize! 

 

The Family & Education Season Program offers a wide variety of educational theatre experiences which will be sure to engage & stimulate your students.

MAKING A SCHOOL BOOKING IS EASY

 

Simply download one of the Booking Forms below and fax it to our Box Office on 4974 2190

 

The Box Office will contact you to confirm your booking and will invoice your school.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

Once your booking form has been received an invoice will be sent to your school with a payment due date. If the payment has not been received by the due date, your seats will be released.

Any additional tickets required after the cheque has been received will depend upon availability and must be paid for by cash or credit card. 

 

TEACHERS NOTES

 

To enhance the educational value of your theatre experience we have teacher’s notes available to the shows listed. They will provide you with the background information and ideas for classroom and excursion activities.
